print test reports directly. All RMA tracking information is
available to view online. This is simple to use and is available 24
hours a day and 7 days a week.

Warranty & RMA Policy
Subject to the terms of this clause AXIOMTEK provides the RMA service to the customers that:
1. Warranty
AXIOMTEK's products which are designed and manufactured are free of defects in design, materials and workmanship that materially affect their performance for a limited period of time from the date of delivery (the date AXIOMTEK ships the products to customer) as following:
System and Board Level Product: 2 years (Important Notice:Note 1)
Panel PCs and Monitors : 2 year
For the customers who require extended warranty, we offer services at additional charge.
